Walked in at 3:45pm today and woman working at the front desk was extremely rude to the man in front of me who was waiting to drop off a sample. Not greeted and treated very disrespectfully as if he was an inconvenience to her day. I ended up leaving because I would not want someone with this attitude to draw my blood. UCLA needs to do better with how their patients are treated, as this isn’t the first negative experience with an employee.
