I’ve never left a medical review in my life for a doctor, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. I called to make an appointment as I need a new primary physician and the woman answering the calls was maybe the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. She was cold, short, unhelpful… I asked if they were in network for my insurance (Blue Shield PPO) as I’ve been told (per my carrier) protocol is to verify every doctor these days - as their system isn’t up to speed on who is/is not at times. I was also trying to NOT waste ... read more

Beware of every single thing that you ask in your appt, because they can out of no where bill you for a “non-preventative” office visit, I was charged 190$ for asking for a script for a skin condition I have. There was 0 mention that I would be charged for asking a simple question and granted the script (that I still had to pay out of pocket for) and had to make multiple phone calls to my insurance and their billing department to even just remotely find out what cause this fee. I never had a problem with a Dr here and the fact that they took blood for labs during a visit was convenient but their prices are outrageous if you aren't using some insurance that caps your bill. I paid over $500 (after $300 reduction for insurance) for a visit just to get my simple Rx approved. Same kind of appointment right down the road cost me less than $150. I'm no longer a patient.

Website shows many options of Drs to book and then once booked, the office calls you saying that Dr is not accept new patients. Figure out your website and don’t show availability that is not available

This is a great resource for the community. The doctors/staff are excellent, they're available, interested and engaged. Our children grew up with great pediatric care and we all continue. Dr Austin, Dr Tran and others are fantastic and care. Recently, there have been some changes. Sometimes a frustrating process. I lucked out and was able to get Dr Sherman, who is great, sharp and engaged.
