The doctors and nurses are wonderful and thorough! Both my young children go to Dr. Bayan - he is great! Highly recommend
Very friendly staff - reception and nurse and great Doctor- Dr Ghafouri. We are new to the area and I am extremely happy we found a good pediatrician. Referred by a local friend.
I don’t understand the negative reviews, so can only speak to my experience. I have never had an issue with the office, or the doctors. My daughters have been going here since they were born and they are now 13 and 17. We love our girls’ pediatricians past and present (Dr. Ghafouri and Sherman). All staff has been pleasant, flexible, very caring, and most of all competent… and the office is pristine. All this to say I wouldn’t judge the entire office by this seemingly one problematic receptionist. Hope this helps anyone look... read more
Dear UCLA, Please look into the tone of the one receptionist that continues to be the problem of bad reviews for years. Many of the receptionists are great, the supporting staff is warm and the Drs are fantastic so it’s very unfortunate. Every time I call I pray she doesn’t pick up the phone
The person who makes appointment at the front desk, Erica is so rude! Maybe she was having a bad day but us as parents need to take care of our babies and she’s at her job. Please focus on helping parents as this is very important to us especially if it’s our first baby and we are not aware what we maybe missing due to her bad attitude and miss out on important vaccine appointments or follow ups which happened to us!
