Update: I see so many negative reviews about the reception staff. I can't speak on that since my interaction with reception is very limited (I check in via the app and pay in advance), but my experience with all of the nurses are doctors have been very pleasant. Especially the nurses - every single one has always had a smile on their face, and were so loving and caring towards my kids. Just wanted to add this context. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand the demands and challenges of working in healthcare. However, our experience (with reception) at this pediatric office left us deeply disappointed. Just three days after giving birth to my daughter—who, as we later learned, has a thyroid complication—my husband and I arrived 14 minutes late for her first newborn appointment. $858 for an appointment that's not a well child check-up. I guess it's been a while since my kids have been sick but a 10 minute visit for an ear infection. I would check with your insurance on how much their negotiated rate is before going in so you don't have sticker shock. I even asked their billing department to make sure it was coded right and $858 is the price for a sick child appt.

The reception staff and doctor were super friendly and great to work with. I’m super excited to be here and have this as the main doctors office for my family. Physician was super knowledgeable and helpful during the visit.location and facilities are top notch as well.
