It's happened to me now twice at this location where I've had a mammogram and ultrasound scheduled a month or two in advance only to show up and be told that their scanner isn't working so my apt is cancelled. And that they apparently tried to contact me. But I never got any type of phone calls or texts or messages. I get text messages the day before confirming my appointment. So frustrating and such a waste of time.
Absolutely perfect! It's a newer facility that is pristine. There was no wait and the staff was kind, accommodating, and professional.
I’ve been meaning to write this for a long, long time! I had a CT scan with contrast on November 5, 2024, and I honestly wish I remembered the name of the amazing doctor who did it. This procedure is not fun at all, but this doctor somehow made it feel completely different. He was kind and funny, cracking jokes the whole time, and I actually felt relaxed. Whoever you are - thank you so much. You turned a CT scan with contrast into a surprisingly easy (and even fun!) experience.
