I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my appointment with Dr. Drew Colman at UCLA Health Beverly Hills Wilshire Primary & Specialty Care on June 1, 2026. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment at 2:30 PM. At approximately 2:30 PM, I checked in with the front desk staff member. I am writing this to warn other patients about the lack of professionalism and poor communication at Dr. Andy Negin’s UCLA Health office. I specifically scheduled this appointment because I needed a trigger point injection for severe, "crucial" pain. When booking, I was very clear that this was the sole purpose of my visit. I've had a great experience with all the doctors I've seen here. The wait times for an appointment can be long, but the staff at the front desk have been polite and professional.
