Extremely helpful staff that do a thankless job. The students who are writing terrible reviews here most likely waited until the last minute then blamed this department for their own mistakes.
Have called several times/emailed with no luck whatsoever. Please address this issue in upcoming meetings at UCI. My classes start next week and I'm not feeling as though im being given the assistance needed. Please call me or respond to my emails.
I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from this office for weeks. I have emailed and called every day. I kid you not when I called at 9AM exactly to get in 15 hours queue the robot just hung up on me after 4 minutes and at 9:04AM I got the we are at caller capacity message. This is genuinely the most incompetent poorly run office on campus by an order of magnitude
