The worst medical experience I've ever gone too. Getting new bills from them a year after I thought I paid them all off. Some labs ended up costing me over $800 out of pocket when I was assured it wouldn't be a large bill. Writing this hoping that someone will see this and avoid the trouble that I had suffered here.
This review is only for the call center. I had been calling for weeks, leave a message and no one calls back. Took a week off and same thing today. Says someone will call back in 10 min and I haven't gotten a call. I have now called 3 times today and left my number. Super frustrating when you want to make an appointment. Good thing it isn't a crucial need.
