Dr. Ralph Clayman and his staff are exceptional. Kidney stone surgery was successful after seeing me on the same day I called for the initial appointment. Outstanding care by the whole team.
The doctor was nice but really didn’t have anything much to say about my hand , no real sense of dealing with patients or just me lol. He was ready to give me a shot and not talk about how to take care of it better.
I just called this office because my husband is having pain in his left knee and has severe arthritis. The lady who answered the phone was semi polite. She started by giving me my FIRST APPOINTMENT and told me the process will take 20 min. I gave her info. And the time for my insurance card came. Mind u we have had our ppo insurance for the last 5 years. Same ID and all She comes back on the line and says oh I cannot find it.
