I felt the need to post my experience since it’s been the opposite of another review. Starting with the front desk staff. I have always been greeted promptly with kindness and respect. My wait times in the lobby are in alignment with all other physicians - sometimes there is a wait, and sometimes I am taken right back. The nurses, X-ray tech, and above all L Luong, PA emit nothing but friendliness, positivity, and professionalism. I highly recommend.
Dr David Lee and his staff were very professional and friendly. All of the paperwork was very easy and pertinent to the visit. Dr. Lee was extremely thorough and answered any questions that I had. I was also very impressed with the x-ray technician who was extremely professional and communicated very well. I felt like from beginning to end, I was given incredible attention. Every member of staff showed incredible professionalism. Thank you. I definitely trust this group with my care.
I love everything about my treatment and would refer everyone to come in for treatment
