I’m writing this because my family is still heartbroken, and I feel like people should know about our experience. My grandma started having a really hard time breathing and was also complaining about pain in her stomach and chest. Our family took her to Fountain Valley Hospital because we were worried something serious was wrong. Very nice staff
Ambulance took my husband to ER FV on 12/30/2025, even though I was requested to take him to Memorial care, they declined. He stayed there for 3 hours, but the doctor could not find out he had a stroke. There is no MRI, no Citi Scan records. 2 days later after discharged, he failed while trying to go to the restroom. At this time I took him by myself to the Memorial care hospital. After the MRI doctor said he had a stroke!
I was treated with respect and answered call promptly! The nurses were GREAT!
