Did an MRI with them and staff was so nice. MRI machine was smaller and they put nice music for me. Definitely want to do all my MRIs here thank you!
The bummer is that these Dr's are wonderful, and so thorough, but what they bill for their services is egregious and deceptive. Avoid UCI health services at all costs - they'll take your co pay upfront and then you'll get a bill for hundreds if not thousands of dollars without anyone saying a word. They charge 5x the market rate for a Dr's appointment and in house labs. Go elsewhere unless you've hit your yearly deductible or out of pocket max! Definitely get an estimate before going to an appointment or you'll be shocked.
Kind , friendly and caring staff. There is a level of comfort knowing the staff there, is ready for you, and that they know their patients when they arrive greeting them in a positive way. It makes a difference.
