Wow! These ratings do not reflect my experience with Vince Hill at all. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but come on that is anywhere you go, especially when they take walk-ins and someone comes in with something critical. Dr, Lillian Beaird-Gaines is very thorough and found things certain specialist I see neglected to diagnose much less treat. I would recommend Vine Hill to anyone.
$140, they were an hour late. All I wanted was a referral and some pain relief. It's been 3 weeks still no pain relief and no referral. They told me that their referral person "left". I have called them several times only to leave voicemail after voicemail. They finally call me back and the receptionist tells me she'll leave a message with the nurse. I call them back later in the day because I still haven't heard from anyone and they tell me my doctor is gone for the week and if the pain was REALLY that unbearable then I wou... read more
I have been to see an R.N. here and she keeps on lowering the dosage on my medicines and tells me eventually she is going to take me off all of the meds. I tried to tell her I wouldn't survive with my bipolar and major depression but did she listen? No, she still wrote the prescriptions for lower dosages. I hope she knows what she is doing because I can't guarantee I will make it without meds. Therapy alone will not help the serotonins levels that are out of balance. The staff is very friendly.
Very rude nurses, dirty, hot, very unorganized and you do not get seen on appointment time. The worst of it all is the docter's don't spend allot of time caring for you and don't look into all concerns that you might have about yourself or others.
VERY SLOW IN BEING SEEN AT APPOINMENT TIME . FRONT DESK SEEMS VERY DIS -ORGANIZED.
