AWFUL. Everyone in there is rude except for the security lady at the front desk. Medical assistant was rude no bedside manner, doctor was rude. Both rushed through. I will never return here. Waste of my copay.

I have been here twice in the past three months and was always seen promptly. The diagnosis both times made sense. I reserved a time in advance each time and wait times seemed normal. Was I seen at the reserved time exactly?No, but it was within 15 minutes of that time. I always follow up with my primary physician, who is also with U of Chi Medical Center in Orland Park. WISH I could give no stars ,called ,and when I asked who I was speaking to I was hung up on . Then call back and got someone else who said i MUST HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO FRONT DESK , and was rude and dismissive of me saying staff is hanging up on people . SMH just a very unprofessional office to the UCHICAGO chain . I work at the main hospital. Will be esculating this compliant

First, let me say, the staff and nurses were wonderful. However, I brought my child in for a possible ear infection. And extremely painful situation for him. We waited for two hours for the Doctor Who was supposed to be on duty to show up. After repeated calls from the staff which the doctor never answered, we finally left . My wife is a nurse, now I realize that basically most of the things she says about doctors are pretty much true..
