We couldn’t even get in the door before having an issue. The appointment had been booked for weeks for my child. I spoke with a receptionist the day before to confirm appointment and insurance. We took an Uber and 5 minutes from the clinic we receive a call about the provider not seeing children under 13 and not having any availability for the day with any other provider. This was a huge inconvenience and very costly. Will not establish care here if you all are already careless.
I scheduled my mother who is a Sr. citizen an appointment online at this facility. I added her insurance info as requested. My mom was scheduled for a first time patient appointment with my number as the primary contact number. I received numerous reminders of the appointment which I did confirm via text. However I never received one call or text notifying me that her insurance would not cover the visit. i rly enjoyed my visit with my doctor today and bonus is Alfredo (I think that’s his name) took my blood today and it was the most painless and efficient experience ever. super compassionate individual and gave me water and helped me with my seat + stayed with me after blood draw because I have a history of fainting. As a client I feel respected and seen.
Kind, friendly, knowledgeable doctors and staff.
The doctors are fine. Their billing department is a total mess -- they over charge you and constantly demands you to pay more than what's allowed by the insurance.
