The poor reviews about billing here are no joke. It is real. Billed $288 for just the visit, in addition to my $30 co-pay, and over $1.1k on 5 lab tests for a UTI for an in-network urgent care. Had I known what I was walking into I would have just scheduled with my PCP. Insane. Asked to chat with someone at the clinic after receiving my EOB from my insurance about an explanation for the high cost of the labs. Excellent facility, easy access, quick service, and great doctors. This is my PCP's office and I've had nothing but positive experiences here.
Doctor was OK, a little condescending. Billing is a nightmare and they never work with my insurance to make sure it's covered. Every visit is a fight between my insurance and u of c and my insurance says they can't reach u of c.
Waited over 4 hours for a urgent appointment. Despite the lack of patients here the wait is beyond reasonable. Never again.
The medical staff were great. There is no way to contact this office before or after you to find out what service they offer or when the results of the test came back different than I expected. They think there is a way to call them and leave a message but there isn’t. They aren’t contactable on Mychart. Now I have to go to the ER anyway because I can’t talk to a nurse to find out what to do next.
