We visited this urgent care recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming, and it felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. When people come to urgent care, they are usually already stressed or worried, so kindness and professionalism really matter. I hope the management works on improving customer service and patient communication.

I went there at 2:30 am with my mom. I had a bad experience with one of the nurse before getting seen by the doctor. This nurse had the worst attitude ever, the way she talks patients is very bad and has to get addressed.

1/3/26. arrived at Ingalls Tinley Park with extreme abdominal pain (10). Doctor and nurse quick took me in the exam room for a initial exam than necessary test and completed within minutes. Doctor returned with a full diagnosis of my situation and explained exactly what was needed for my recovery. He had already confirm with the surgeon on duty at the hospital, making all arrangements. Lady who answers phone is very unprofessional and should not have this job sad excuse of receptionist and very ugly and rude attitude in person
