Dr Joudeh is probably one of the best doctors I've seen in my life. He explains things at length so you understand them, makes sure you're completely comfortable with everything happening, and gives you good health tips. I can't speak to the ER situation here, but as a primary care he was excellent.
0 stars. I went in for breathing issue like I literally thought I was dying.. and my chest was stopping. They weren’t concerned at all. Told them I’ve been waiting 2 hours and my symptoms are getting worse and I’m really weak. They told me I have to wait because there are 3 more people ahead of me.. remind you I’m having difficulty breathing. Don’t even waste your time coming here. Because they will waste your time. Society wonders why people don’t bother coming to the ER anymore because Google or TikTok could diagnose you better. They will rush you and won’t send a doctor to the room, they will send anyone but the doctor to you. Then the non doctor explains information that you already know. I been waitng for my primary appt but I kept feeling sick so I kept coming in. I felt like they didn’t want to help me lady came in with attitude like I was making everything up I felt unwanted and Uncomfortable around her I was told I was bit dehydrated so they gave me an iv and I never had an iv hurt the way she stuck me with that needle while drawing blood !!!!
