I had a really good experience and didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Gina at the front desk was great, as well as I think Mike who did my X-rays. Norma the assistant to doctor and Dr. Miz were really wonderful. Dr. Miz listened and reassured me that my injury from a recent fall is healing well, and that I'm okay! The facility was clean and security was welcoming. Free parking was easy.
Today my husband had surgery and his entire team was awesome they not only fixed him they also kept me informed throughout his procedure I would like to say thank you to Dr. Nigro his surgeon and to the RN Yolanda and Diana and also the CA Hayley and even the transporter Jada I’m sure there’s many more but these are the professionals that stood out the most and made us feel welcomed and took the time to talk to us and not make my husband feel like another patient passing through we were well informed during his discharge abo... read more
Yesterday, I had an appointment @ UChicago Medicine, 1600 167th street, suite 900 on Torrence Avenue in Calumet City with (Orthopedic) Dr. Srinivasu Kusuma. I was called back immediately. Dr. Kusuma is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was very nice, especially Nicole. I highly recommend him.
Waited 3 hours 30 minutes to never be seen.. A patient 3 hours 30 min I wasn’t problematic at all I simply waited with the understanding of where I was and that they were busy BUT THE STAFF SUCKS THERE RUDE and not the ghetto type of rude NO they are the type of RUDE that makes you see red needless to say I left and went to Midwest where they are professional and no matter how busy they are they get you in and out within the hour
I brung my daughter here and they just move you from one waiting room to another one. All I needed was a doctor’s note for my daughter to go back to school. It don’t take 3 hours for this!
