The nurse that checks you in is very nasty rude and unprofessional, during your times of sickness you should be surrounded by nurses and staff that care ! I asked her for help because I was having a spasm and couldn’t walk … she asked me what would I do If she wasn’t there and declined to help me unapologetically. She was cold rude and unprofessional. This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to in my life! The nurses attitudes are nasty and the doctors seem spacey and barely open their mouths. How can you diagnose someone with a condition but not elaborate on tests and just leave for the day? What is wrong with the healthcare industry? The last thing that someone who is sick needs is non compassionate people attending to them. This place needs a serious overhaul. Each time I visited the emergency room me and others were informed if was really business and thanks on our patience. The staff has always professional and helpful. The doctors were concern with my medical issue and one of the emergency doctors gave me enough medication till I was able to my primary doctor.

Dr. Khalifa should be investigated, the way I was treated is unbelievable. I have been to that location for over 10 years and never been treated like that. He was rude and not helpful, then he got upset when I asked questions. I had to speak with a nurse to understand what was issue. Also, while speaking to the nurse he threatens to call security on me for trying to understand why he will not help. It was horrible experience and their were no other patients in the ER.

I brought my 9 month in daughter in due to bleeding and I had to still wait in the lobby for a whole hour which was expected . We got called to the back and the nurse came in and said the doctor would be in shortly . Time goes by it's a whole hour later , sh comes back in to ask what's goin on so I explain and show pictures, she says she will get a bag to get a sample from my 9 month old daughter, it took her 45 minutes to bring a PEE BAG while in those 45 minutes my daughter already used the bathroom before the bag.
