The nurse that checks you in is very nasty rude and unprofessional, during your times of sickness you should be surrounded by nurses and staff that care ! I asked her for help because I was having a spasm and couldn’t walk … she asked me what would I do If she wasn’t there and declined to help me unapologetically. She was cold rude and unprofessional. Each time I visited the emergency room me and others were informed if was really business and thanks on our patience. The staff has always professional and helpful. The doctors were concern with my medical issue and one of the emergency doctors gave me enough medication till I was able to my primary doctor.
Went to urgent care this past Wednesday afternoon 04/22/2026 the care I received from all the staff was exceptional from the very warm and caring triage nurse to both NP's I saw during my visit the lady that had the forms for me to sign was very caring and concerned about me, Sandra Crain, A.P.N. your bedside manner is top tier , warm and truly showed concern for me, she explained everything to me and always listened to my concerns and answered any questions, the nurse that started my IV was exceptional and very skilled she ... read more
I have never experienced such poor care in my life the Nurse Practitioner was incredibly rude and dismissive she kept making nasty faces and insisting that I was lying about how long my symptoms have been happening. She didn’t believe that my pain had gotten worse the past day. No one did a full evaluation on me just stuck an iv in and called it a day. I left feeing worse than when I walked in
This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to in my life! The nurses attitudes are nasty and the doctors seem spacey and barely open their mouths. How can you diagnose someone with a condition but not elaborate on tests and just leave for the day? What is wrong with the healthcare industry? The last thing that someone who is sick needs is non compassionate people attending to them. This place needs a serious overhaul.
