The staff at this Westchester location are INCOMPETENT. My mother had to go to the ER at UChicago Medicine last week at their La Grange location. The ER physician said that she urgently needs to follow up with a PCP to avoid another ER visit. They recommend we schedule an appointment at this clinic since it is within the same group. I've been going here for 40+ years. I began to see Dr. Fatima the past few years after a lifetime of having Dr. Nelson as my PCP and the transition was seamless: Dr. Fatima of course knows her stuff, but the reason I'm writing this review is because she continues Dr. Nelson's experience. By which I mean she is super nice, she totally is on top of your health journey, she tackles the problem in front of you but also looks forward at your health issues and well-being. Attention all new and current patients of this office in Westchester. I encourage you to find healthcare providers who are actually concerned about your well-being, as opposed to your insurance and money! I had a scheduled appointment last week, Sept. 17th, and the day before I called to speak with the Billing Department.
