I've been going here for 40+ years. I began to see Dr. Fatima the past few years after a lifetime of having Dr. Nelson as my PCP and the transition was seamless: Dr. Fatima of course knows her stuff, but the reason I'm writing this review is because she continues Dr. Nelson's experience. Attention all new and current patients of this office in Westchester. I encourage you to find healthcare providers who are actually concerned about your well-being, as opposed to your insurance and money! I had a scheduled appointment last week, Sept. 17th, and the day before I called to speak with the Billing Department. I currently do not have medical health insurance and I wanted to inform them that I would be a "self-pay". I also asked for advice and guidance, so that I would not have sticker shock. 5 Stars for nurse Kimberly she is absolutely outstanding! A ray of sunshine every time I come in and always makes me feel comfortable and safe in the environment. I’ve been coming to this office my whole life and she always makes the experience amazing, I always feel like I am in good hands!

Angie called me about my daughter's results, but it seemed like she had no idea what we were talking about. I had to explain how to spell her name 10 times. She didn't have my daughter's name or birthdate correct. I was not upset or anything, I understand mistakes happen. She called me back when she had the correct chart about the results, I could barely hear her. It sounded like she was chewing something, and she seemed unprepared.
