This clinic is the worst including the doctors not clean not professional. Just felt very dismissed by everyone i needed some records to be send over to mine specialist took two weeks playing with people health insurance dont have time to play with these people..not satisfied at all please do your homework first before coming here..
I just think it’s shitty that they will tell me they accept my insurance but say they can’t give me a price on copay. I got bloodwork done and then got a bill for $600. They should have been up front with me for the cost from the beginning.
The staff are okay, but be aware that they expect cancellations at least 24 hours in advance, especially if you have a history of canceling appointments. I understand policies are important, and most of the time I do my best to communicate ahead of time. However, there have been situations involving family emergencies or not feeling well where things happen unexpectedly.
