What a poorly run practice. I had an appointment which was changed from morning to 3:45 pm at their request. I arrived at 3:35 and after the paperwork, I was left in the waiting room until 4:30. I went to the desk and said I was leaving and to set another appointment. The office worker said she could not, but she would have someone call tomorrow. No one called. I called this afternoon and the call center person called me ignorant! What kind of place is this! Why are you insulting to patients?
