I've been a patient for over 5 years with this company and since Dr. Charles Lalone has left the quality of staff has gone down tremendously. You barely get any callbacks unless you call a minimum of three times and leave upset voicemails. Due to the lack of communication and due diligence on their part I will be transferring to Blue Skies or any other OBGYN. I do not recommend them to anyone!!
