The staff at this clinic was excellent: courteous and professional. But the best part was Dr. Roberts. I came in anxious and upset, because my vision in my left eye had been steadily deteriorating for months while I followed the advice of my previous ophthalmologist. Dr. Roberts listened, empathized, and was incredibly warm and reassuring. He then demonstrated his knowledge and wisdom. Our family has been going to Dr Roberts for decades. He and his staff are the best-very professional and thorough, from Rossina who cheerfully and efficiently checks you in to his assistant Tesla who does a lot of the tests and answers all my questions. And then of course Dr Roberts who is so knowledgeable.
