I've heard Dr. Austin is a competent clinician. However I share the same sentiment with another reviewer that she does not really seem to be interested in hearing from me and has one foot out the door as soon as she walks in.
She is very intuitive and also understanding of patient financial concerns
Dr. Austin is very thorough and takes the time to explain details. Knows your chart before she even sees you.
Terrific. I find doctors to be low key and soft spoken. Dr Austin is the opposite, a bundle of energy an acutely interested in getting a good understanding of the medical situation.
I consulted Dr. Austin because of a spike in blood pressure accompanied by slight chest discomfort. I found he very professional. She listened to my concerns, answered questions, and carefully explained the actions she proposed. She took plenty of time with me.
She seemed rushed, not very personable, and she did not seem interested in hearing my concerns, or answering my questions. She kept cutting me off while trying to ask questions, she hardly looked at me while conversing, and spent less than 10 minutes with me!
