Listens to my concerns responds with relative information. Very kind and compassionate. Never feels like im being rushed through a pprocess. Would recommend hereto my closest family and friends.
Dr Shrestha is rarely in her office, therefore hard to see, does not take walk in’s even in an acute situation. Direct line of communication is non existent even through her portal its rare to get a timely response if any. If you express concerns she will abandon you and cancel you as her PCP (Primary Care Physician) with out any necessary paperwork or notification. Is that legal? I herd UC Health is terrible and with Drs like her I clearly understand why.
I have been seeing Dr. Vinu Shrestha since 2018 !. Dr. Shrestha takes time to really listen & address my concerns. I have been happy with Dr. Shrestha & her staff !
Dr. Shrestha and her staff are wonderful! She takes the needed time to listen to me and explain my treatment plan.
