I enjoyed my time learning from Victor. He truly cares for every patient as if they are family and has amazing medical knowledge and experience to help diagnose issues early and provide evidence based treatments in a timely manner.
He left mid-appointment saying he needed to get something and then I ended up waiting until a nurse came in and she handed me wrap up papers for the appointment and I told her I had no idea that was Victor's way of concluding an appointment and that I still had health issues I wanted to discuss. She went to bring him back and he was huffy, impatient, and ultimately completely dismissed what I was saying.
