Dr. Rubick gave my family member with dementia a sheet to give the DMV. That sheet shows she is FIT TO DRIVE upon re-test. She spent hundreds of dollars taking the test over and over and over again and may be able to drive again. This is a woman who will ask the same question indefinitely until you walk away. The DMV can not override his decision. He has put her life in danger because he is too much of a coward to advocate for her safety. Dr Rubick IS an excellent doctor. He listens to your problems and explains everything very thoroughly He makes sure you understand completely before you leave. His staff is very good and they treat you with the upmost respect.
