uchealth urgent care facility was great.
Predatory urgent care practices - this facility bills x-rays from a separate provider from the urgent care facility, so you end up owing two co-pays. After appealing both with the facility and my insurance I'm told they are two separate providers and there's nothing to fix in the billing. This facility has a presence on-resort so injuries are referred here and they know the have a captive audience. Perfect example of everything wrong with the American healthcare system.
Absolutely the kindest and quickest urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’ve come in twice and have just been treated so well but all the staff. Thank you 🤍
