Dr. Perkins is absolutely wonderful. She turned a very scary situation into something I could understand and manage. I have never met a doctor so compassionate and caring. Adore her.
This facility is amazing. All staff members were very attentive and friendly and my care with the PA Jen was very thorough. She went above and beyond to expedite additional care I needed at the ER.
uchealth urgent care facility was great.
Predatory urgent care practices - this facility bills x-rays from a separate provider from the urgent care facility, so you end up owing two co-pays. After appealing both with the facility and my insurance I'm told they are two separate providers and there's nothing to fix in the billing. This facility has a presence on-resort so injuries are referred here and they know the have a captive audience. Perfect example of everything wrong with the American healthcare system.
