I have been to this location a few times with my family for minor urgent care needs over the years. Each time the staff has been courteous, patient, and understanding. On my most recent visit the front desk, MA Hailey, Provider Dr. Trevor, and Radiology tech were all amazing guiding me through my visit without judgement. I left understanding what was been tested for, knowing what I could do to address my concern, when to expect my Radiology report in mychart and what symptoms to look for if things get worse. Urgent Care at Buckley and Quincy provides excellent care. I arrived having extreme difficulty breathing. Very irritated and feeling horrible. Dr and staff were patient and kind to me. It took a while but my breathing did improve.Iwas able to talk if full sentences. I appreciate the care and will keep this urgent care in mind should I need them again. From a grateful patient.

I came to the facility because I was experiencing chest pain and was seeking medical attention. When I approached the front desk, the woman there told me to leave without even asking what was wrong with me or why I was there. She did not ask me any questions about my symptoms or offer any assistance. I was very concerned because I was experiencing chest pain, and I felt that my situation was dismissed without anyone taking the time to understand what was happening. I wonder why it is empty
