Dr. Seemed unknowing. Instead of just stating that made a quess at the problem before giving a referral. I am thankful for the referral but not happy to recieve a script for what they thought (said) it could be.
New in town. The facility was easy to find and the staff very cordial. Seemed quite professional. However, I had to wait overnight because my test results were not received until closing time. Said they would call me back the first thing in the morning, but I've waited an hour and a half past opening and still no response. I called and they said everyone was busy and they would call me back. So, I can't give points for customer service, but I will concede three points.
