The staff was very kind and helpful during my visit.
They were quick and helpful. Michael Orris was kind and explained things well.
Heather checked me in and she was AWESOME!!!!
5 stars for the staff who helped us, specifically our technician Jordan. I would give 0 stars if I could to the PA, Christopher Ellis, I would. He had the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. He was trying to joke with my husband and I around a clearly sensitive subject and had no regard for our emotions. He also was not knowledgeable of my relevant medical history and it was clear he took no effort to read through my chart before walking in the room.
Several issues but specific medical issue was addressed expediently, but most of all, kindly.... An all too rare commodity these days.... Speaks very well for this particular staff... Cheerful also, a big plus...
