Staff has a theme of being confrontational by not providing necessary information needed in a medical setting with excessive push back upon follow up requests by myself and primary care. No response from UC Health escalations. This system is failing the community.
Do not go here unless you are seeking to be traumatized. The care provider, Dwayne Strong, LAUGHED at me when I described my symptoms. I went in for concerns of an infection and said I felt some swelling and increased skin temperature around the area of concern. I was quickly dismissed by his laughter and he retorted "so you're telling me you're septic now? there's nothing wrong with you." Had to wait an hour because I didn’t schedule my daughter’s broken collarbone. Now we’re scheduling “urgent” care
The medical staff is knowledge and caring!
Go somewhere else if you can. Terrible communication, condescending, and confusing on very important health matters.
