Visiting from out of town. Unforseen illness. Got me in, reviewed and medicated in less than an hour. Gave me a prescription I had filled nearby and offer ideas on self care. Very personable from front desk, check in assistant and PA.
Everybody at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. Urgent care can be scary sometimes but I felt very comfortable/safe here. They are very efficient as well. Special shoutout to the woman who does X-rays. She was sooo so kind.
The level or care, kindness and respect I received was unmatched to any other time I visited urgent care or any medical clinic! I wish I could take the staff back to Minnesota with me! 10/10 quality of care.
My husband went in for just a quick blood pressure reading (required for VA documentation). Front desk was pleasant and offered to ask the staff if they could just do a quick “staff visit” so he wouldn’t have to wait 1+hours for a simple BP reading (done by an MA), overheard Dr. in the back saying “No, he can wait” very rude.
