I went in Last Resort because I had a stye on my eyelid that would not go away with normal warm compresses. The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and were offended because I didn't have insurance and charged me $165 prepaid. I was in with the doctor for maybe 6 minutes she was supposed to write a prescription for me but when I went to go get it the next day there was no record of me and no prescription. I came in today for my 1:20pm appointment, a guy was bleeding severely from his nose and they were yelling at him because they couldn’t hear him, they then started yelling at me asking my relation to him when I said I didn’t know him they continued yelling asking how I was related to him. Beyond disgusting behavior. By 1:50 I still wasn’t seen and wasn’t being updated and had to leave. You guys seriously need to train the younger girl with dark hair at the front desk.
My adult daughter came here due to pain, bruising, and swelling in both knees. This was an unusual thing for her and I was concerned it could be a blood clot but because it was both legs- that would be odd. The first day she went… nobody could see her and they told her to come back the next day and that night was the worst for her. Wonderful. Not so “urgent” for an urgent care.
