Waste of time and money. They charge a copay make you wait an hour before being called and onced called the doctor says they don't have the tools or even seem like she wanted to treat my son. The doctor had no idea what she was doing or talking about and just referred us to another clinic. Never again will I come to this Urgent Care Clinic just useless workers.
Disappointed. I have been here a few other times and felt I recieved decent treatment, which is why I came back. I went in with back pain that was from sciatica. It was obvious I was in excruciating pain as front desk staff asked if I wanted a wheel chair. I was brought back, the NP did a quick examination, said yup sciatica, and sent me home with muscle relaxers that did absolutely nothing. I went to this urgent care today morning, I was there at 7:58 am Notice there was a Senior waiting for them to open, both went in , the receptionist were on the top of everyone, took care of few of us in no time, super friendly and fast! Nurses and Dr Erika, amazing staff! God bless you guys! I appreciate you for being there for us all!🙏
