The front desk staff, medical assistant, and the doctor were excellent! Top-notch!
You will not find a more caring, attentive, and professional provider anywhere. From the moment you walk in the doors until you walk out they will treat you with attention as if you are the only person in the building. They can make an unpleasant situation much better while thoroughly examining you and listening to you. If you find yourself needing medical attention, do not hesitate to go here. You will be glad you did.
I'm over dramatic when I'm sick. This place was nice, had me on file, and was able to work and explain things even after I my muster of a yell of "what, can't hear you" to them. Great service and thank you for being quick and efficient.
Very frustrated with my visit today. I usually have no problems. The woman at the front desk that handed hair has been mean to numerous people the flats few times I’ve had to come in. I have Tricare Prime and unfortunately getting an appointment with my PCM is hard to come by. I came in and accidentally made an appointment at the wrong location ( there were 2 people in the lobby) so I figured she would just add me on as a walkin.
