All of the staff here were very kind to me but Dr. McGee stood out. She went above and beyond not just by going over test results and prescribing me stuff to feel physically better, but she reassured me and helped me feel mentally better about my diagnosis. She almost made me cry I was so happy to hear the things she was saying. Much love and gratitude to her and her staff <3
I went there recently and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor. When I saw the doctor she explained to me she was the only doctor in the clinic which I thought was sad so I excused the wait. However the visit was obviously rushed and I only left with medication for treat my cough. Today I am on my way to see another doctor which is another expense. Though I hadn't been to the urgent care here, I received a text message that they received a payment from me and a survey asking about my experience with them, a serious question about their confidentiality issues. I will have real issues with going to any of their hospitals or offices in the future .
I brought my son in to UCHealth Urgent Care – Erie, and was told it would be “a little bit of a wait.” That “little wait” turned into over an hour and a half of sitting there while my son was in pain. During that time, the front desk staff just sat and laughed while we watched multiple people come and go. I went in with my sick child and was very disappointed. Janet, was unprofessional and rude for literally no reason. I would save yourself the drama and go to any of the other urgent care/doctors offices in the area
