Terrible service. The receptionist was very racist and laughed at me for not having perfect pronunciation. She treated me with a bad attitude and laughed when I entered my emergency contact information because it was my sibling. It's the worst urgent care I have ever been to,I think people should respect each other no matter their race and Education.
I had an excellent visit, all the people that worked there were professional, kind, efficient and great communicators: the front desk, the tech that did my intake and vitals, and the treating physician. They listened well and came up with a very good treatment plan for my problem. I highly recommend this medical facility.
visit was efficient and thorough start to finish! Nurse and Doctor were top notch!
