They looked me dead in the eyes while I was in serious pain from shingles - and prescribed mouthwash. This place is a joke. Zero compassion, zero professionalism. If you actually want care, go anywhere else.
You’re better off playing doctor with your kid than coming here. This place is a joke—completely lacking in compassion and professionalism. If you care about being treated with respect and urgency, look elsewhere.
Cheung is the best. He’s my primary and amazing. Always listens, and when I talk about medications on the super pricey end he knows his stuff to make them affordable. He always makes sure I’m heard and taken care of and addresses everything! I’m super glad I changed my primary to here because he’s fantastic. I used to leave primary visits feeling confused and like I was ignored but not with him!
