The PA - Ryan was so informative and helpful the staff checking you in are awesome. I always go here when not feeling well Drs and staff are really nice
The staff was kind and professional! Because I had a rather painful injury, I was grateful they got me seen right away! The wound was infected and I was running a fever that day and the day prior when it happened. Treatment of the wounds were expedited & and Xrays to rule out a break! And meds were called in and I was released to get the meds called into my pharmacy. The whole process was very fast and everything I needed was thoroughly explained very well! I’ve been going here for years, but my last visit was not good! I’ve never felt so unheard in my life. As a fellow healthcare provider, I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of attention by the PA I saw. It’s almost as if he was completely oblivious to what I was saying. Majority of his documentation was opposite of what I stated. Documenting that I had seen doctors that I clearly had not seen before and mixing up what I told him about the occurrence of the event.
