I saw Sara for an infection in my toe and she numbed my toe very good to where I didn't feel anything. I was nervous and she made me feel so comfortable! This is an amazing Urgent care. Thank you so much Sara.
While I had to wait for almost an hour past my expected appointment time. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
I’m a nurse and was punched in the face and assaulted at work. I attempted to check in and quickly realized that your urgent care receptionist needs to learn basic customer service skills. The urgent care receptionist was so callous and obviously lacks empathy. Flat effect and likely lazy. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
Don’t come here if you can’t afford to. Staff comes off rude, and if you do not have to money to be seen they will not see you .
Timothy the PA was incredible! Great listener, thoughtful practitioner, and very educated. I highly recommend him and the facility. Everyone was friendly, kind, and efficient. It's my go.
