We've used this location a few times. The level of care is what we've come to expect from UC health providers and facilities. It's a little farther from our home than a local urgent care but definitely worth the trip. We make appointments so can't speak for having to wait if you walk in.
Although I hate being sick or injured, I’m so grateful I have such a fantastic team of medical professionals at UC Health Arvada West. Those people know what they’re doing and make you feel heard and they do the very best to help you get over whatever you came in for. I’m so glad I go there.
I do wish I would have gotten the name of the doctor I saw but he has to be the most UN understanding condescending smart ass of a doctor I've ever seen. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He scoffed at me he laughed at me. He tried to make me feel stupid for not wanting to take the covid test even though I wasn't even there for that in any way shape or form I was there for a sore throat and possible infection absolute worst. I went in with a swollen knee. They checked me out and said I had bursitis which is fluid in the knee. I asked if they were gonna drain it and the lady made a Eek face and said she had only done it once and that the guy that usually does it would be there in a few days so all they did was tell me to ice it and elevate it and it didn’t get better. I’m resorting to go to somewhere else to pay another urgent care fee. Highly disappointed, and I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.
