The provider made sure to let me know multiple times that they didn’t really have time for what I needed, which was IV fluids.
awful wait times, understaffed to hell, overcharged people. stay away!!!
I was told I would have a long wait when I called, but I was seen almost immediately. Front desk, x-ray tech, and PA have all been friendly and competent. Back again a few months ago (4/2026) this time for nausea. Different staff and doctor. Again I was treated quickly, competently, and with kindness. Still 5 stars!
We've used this location a few times. The level of care is what we've come to expect from UC health providers and facilities. It's a little farther from our home than a local urgent care but definitely worth the trip. We make appointments so can't speak for having to wait if you walk in.
