Excellent visit! Urgent Care typically takes forever so I was pleasantly surprised when I broke my foot last week in Colorado that I was able to get in without a wait, x-rayed, and out the door in just barely over an hour. Great experience!!
I felt like we got scammed. They work with a company called Breg which significantly overcharges. We came in with a broken foot and was given a walking boot without any indication of how expensive it would be; normally a walking boot is $40-80, but they charged us $216 for it. Breg was incredibly difficult to work with and told us that they tried to charge us over $500 but our insurance wouldnt let them, so really we got a good deal.
Very grateful for all of the providers I have seen at this urgent care. Having just moved to the area I haven’t found a primary care provider. Each provider I’ve interacted with was thoughtful, kind and took the time to understand the issue at hand. Also have never waited that long!
NP Ryan is the best! After feeling bad for 3 weeks and Intermountain Dr's doing nothing, went to UCHealth. Saw Ryan, she is awesome. Diagnosed me with pneumonia, wrote scripts and even gave me some homeopathic cures for allergies. In and out in 10 minutes. Thank you miss Ryan!
