I had to go into the ER for severe dental pain in the middle of the night. The staff was AMAZING! Anney in particular - seriously the best nurse i have ever had at any ER or doctor's office. Doctor Cetaruk was terrific, great bedside manner, explained everything without any condescension in tone or body language. Being a good distance from a full hospital - this ER is a godsend to this area. Thank you all!!
The Firestone office personnel were friendly, helpful and efficient! Dr Linda Maes was amazing! She explained things, gave me choices and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this facility for quick, great health care needs!
I took my child to UC emergency room in Brookfield on 136 for my daughter. I thought she broke her wrist. I have gone to St Anthony's a few times but I would be there for 5-6 hours at times. The nursing staff, x-Ray tech were really nice and talkative to my daughter. The doctor was great with her with asking her questions and showing her what to expect. Bummed they were not able to accept the military insurance, but they did accept our primary insurance. We were in and out within a hour.
I came in last night with a high temp and swelling from an abscessed tooth. I was going the normal paperwork to start filling out and before I could finish, they were calling me back to be seen. As the RN was taking my information and vitals I continued to fill out the paperwork. Shortly after I finished the ER doc came in to examine my problem. We were very pleased with our service at the UC Health Emergency Room! Last friday I broke my leg and when we showed up the tech came out with a wheelchair to help me inside, then the front desk person had us take the paperwork back with us so I could be seen immediately! They were also very understanding of our insurance recently changing and our lack of information on our new policy. This was just the place I was looking for neede more tests than my doctor could do immediately and didn't want to spend all day in the er hospital. I was very impressed with service I received and time spent there. I was able to come home and recover instead of spending my day in the hospital. Thanks J luevano
I came in early morning. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The ER was clean and it looked like they had lots of equipment available. Service was excellent. I will come back and will likely use this facility in the future. Thank you First Choice! :D

I recently transferred to the Longmont area for a new job. In the first week I developed an upper respiratory infection. I was unable to get any of the local doctor's to see me so I drove to the UCHealth Emergency Room in Firestone. The entire experience was amazing. The staff was so nice and considerate. The facility and staff/nurses/radiologist/doctors were top notch. They made me feel so welcome and made me feel better as well! AMAZING to have that kind of experience when you go the to the emergency room. Thank you!
