I saw, Todd for an urgent care visit. He was very kind, extremely patient and really made me feel heard and respected. His explanation of why or how we could go about testing things was clear, kind, and easy to understand. For urgent care, he made me feel like my long-term concerns were also important and helped me make a plan to address them with my primary.
