Exceptional experience with Thoracic Surgeon Dr. Crystal Erickson including her amazing staff. Top notch you can’t go wrong.
Dr. Erickson and every person in the office is absolutely amazing. I had a tough procedure done, but they have been with me every step of the way no matter what I needed. The doctor and staff truly care about their patients. They are all personable, reliable, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for this office. A huge shoutout to Dr. Watson as well. He assisted on my surgery and has been following up with me too. 10/10 the best doctors around.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Erickson explained the planned procedure thoroughly. Further tests, etc. were expedited. I appreciated our appropriate humor as well as honesty of what is to be done. Thank you ALL at UC Health.
