Very analytical, trusts blood work, direct and to the point. My former physician was a legend and I was sad to have to change, but while she is very, very different, I find her thorough and comprehensive.
Dr. Magar spent over 60 min. With me at my initial appointment. Some may be put off by her demeanor but she is very analytical. I did not take it in a bad way. I just wanted a diagnosis. She ordered bloodwork followed by a biopsy and now I have one. Every time I have sent a message through the portal she responds in a timely manner. Her demeanor may not be for everyone as she is not warm and fuzzy but she is a good listener. Dr. Magar is the WORST doctor I have ever been to. She does NOT care about her patients at all i wish I could leave a negative star rating. I go to the spinal orthopedic, neurology and Hematology/Oncology for a combination for problems. After a multitude of positive test they sent me to rheumatology. My appointment was very cold and inpersonal with Dr. Magar. She wouldnt even look me in my eye. she told me there was nothing wrong with me and reported to all my other Doctors that I am faking my condition. Needless to say I st... read more
I had a great experience with Dr magar.
Doctor Magar spent 65 minutes giving me the most comprehensive examination i have ever received. My best friend came with me to the appointment and he was also amazed at Dr Magars exam. She is an incredible physician and has gained my full trust. I cannot recommend her any higher than I am. She is amazing.
