The response left in my messages by Susanne's team tells me I shouldnt be taking the medicine their backfill / replacement prescribed, and I am on my own to deal with the consequences bc their replacement isnt with the practice anymore. No help provided. I am of the opinion this amounts to medical mal practice to have a replacement bc you cant see a patient in a timely manner (less than 60 days), then disavow those decisions bc you dont agree. I am unsure if I should continue or stop my medicine at the moment.
Suzanne Galvin got me in quickly for an appointment after I was in an auto accident when my PCM was booked out for over a month. I really felt like she listened and heard what I was saying and didn't make me feel ridiculous or self-conscious like I usually feel in medical offices. Suzanne Galvin is amazing! So caring and thorough. I enjoy my visits with her when I need to go to a Dr !
