Adriana was very kind and excellent did an excellent job educating and preparing me for my Sleep Study. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I hope she is recognized a job well done!
Picked up home sleep study kit and received directions for use. Technician was punctual and very good with directions!
Staff was flexible, kind and respectful!
Your nighttime staff was fabulous and very attentive when I woke for whatever reasons throughout the night. Sh**** is a pleasant and knowledgeable staff member that made me feel very comfortable and someone who seems to be alot like me. Only improvement I could possibly suggest would be better pillows and heavy covers, mattress wasn't awful but I really should have had my pillow. The staff was very proactive in getting me scheduled when it was convenient for me. They also accommodated me by changing the device I used for the home study so my experience would be more comfortable. Everyone was professional and courteous. I will use this lab again if a need arises in the future.
