Dr. Medel saved my life. He is the reason that I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm. I suffered the rupture for 13 days. It was not diagnosed the first ER visit. I went to doctor after doctor during those 13 days. No one could diagnose or could help me. On the 13th day, I went back to the ER. There I had a seizure and was finally diagnosed. Very through. Very thoughtful. Goes over options with you. Willing to discuss not just tell you what to do. Will answer any questions you have. Very intelligent. Been under his care for over 5 years and I couldn’t recommend him more.
Dr. Medel was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned as he explained things very clearly to me. He and his assistant, J.J., made my experience comfortable. I have every confidence in this excellent team.
Dr. Medel was an instrument used by God to save my life. He is an excellent surgeon, knowledgeable and clearly whip smart. His bedside manner is very much that of a surgeon, not arrogant or rude. He performs invasive embolizations and other Neurological surgeries daily, not sporadically. I felt comfortable and trusted him to perform my invasive embolization.
