The radiologist was amazing but the front desk was awful. He told me they didnt have orders from my doctor and I would have to get them but the system showed I had orders. He also didnt understand what a dynamic xray was and told that wasn't something they could do. Except they could do it and did them. I just dont understand why he couldn't just look at the orders in the system and check me in. Why the questioning, why bring me behind the desk to look at the order in the system.
