I was scared by the other review but this was my only option. I don’t know if that person works there anymore but I had a good experience. Highly recommend asking for the music to be turned up for MRIs. lol. Overall the facility was clean, people were friendly and it was quick and easy.
By far the worst experience I've had with a Healthcare provider. I was treated like complete trash by the staff especially by Monique the lady at the front Desk. I had my appointment scheduled at 11:30 for important MRI I needed by the 19th when I arrived at 11:30 Monique started yelling at me to fill out the paperwork quickly because I don't have time because I was late "yet again" as the day before I had hit crazy traffic and had to reschedule for today. This place is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Monique they're employee at the front needs to take customer service classes or etiquette classes. I don't care there Is never a circumstance you talk to or treat your customers you know the ones that make it possible for you to have a job the way you did. Crazy part is it wasn't just her it really seems like all the employees were rude . Literally had my wife in tears.
