The facility is great and the staff doesn’t just ignore you. If you ask a question that one can’t answer the are very polite about letting you know that they will pass the information on to the person who can answer for you! Great place to go to!
If you are looking for a quality primary care doctor don't go to UC Health Grandview. Their foremost concern is how fast can they get a patient out of the exam. The doctors don't listen to patient concerns and make no effort to understand what an individual's insurance will/will not cover. If you schedule here I advise you keep immaculate records of the conversations and have an insurance representative on speed dial because you will need them to ensure that the doctors don't deliberately ignore your concerns. Dr. Kilkenney is an excellent communicator, he listens to my concerns, answers my questions and provides easy to follow recommendations for better health lifestyle. My wife and I are very happy we have him as our primary physician
I arrived here at address I was given for an MRI scan. I entered the first building and asked at reception and was met by a feisty woman who said “we don’t do MRIs here”. I checked and showed her my appointment and address and she responded “it’s not here”. It turns out its part of the same facility but a separate building. I missed my appointment because of her.
