I recently tried to make an appointment as a new patient, but the experience was far from pleasant. The receptionist was anything but friendly and seemed to detest her job. Her monotone and sassy demeanor made it difficult to communicate with her. Despite my attempts to remain calm, she continued to interrupt me and became even more sassy when I asked a simple question. This was not the first impression I wanted, and it’s clear that they lost us as potential patients due to this poor first impression.
Dr. Barton is such an amazing provider, so thankful to be a part of her practice. The clinic and medical supporting staff are amazing, kind, and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
