I am giving 2 stars because the only reason this Primary Care Office hasn't collapsed in on itself is because of the 2 superSTARS that work the front desk, Jason and Skylar. Those 2 consistently comfort patients who are justifiably upset about the lackluster medical care and outrageous wait times for an appointment (the earliest appointment available for current patients is 1/4 of a year away from today) AND they take care of business like no other. I became a patient March 1, 2025. I've not received any type of health care services to try to diagnose why I've been suffering DAILY for the last 4.5 yrs of all over edema (I've been carrying around an extra 25 lbs since the Spring). Additionally, it took 9 attempts to get my diabetic medication refilled this June: 4 from me - 2 in person at the office, 3 from their social worker, and 2 from the pharmacists at the King Soopers in their shared parking lot.
