The actual medical staff are wonderful, however, there is a big big problem in the support staff for prior authorizations. It takes a month for them to send prior authorizations to insurance which is very bad when you need to be on a life saving medication. So very disappointing to have great care from medical staff, but have it be ruined by support staff. Hire more people to do the prior authorizations, as you are fully aware this is a huge bottle neck for this organization.
Rebecca is talented, smart, sympathetic, and personable. She is an amazing PA. I would recommend her to anyone for primary care!
