Staff is very friendly and helpful. Susan is very committed and compassionate. Dr. Knapp it's concerned and empathetic, and actually listens. Highly recommend.
The doctors and staff are great. This is related to billing experience. If you are a NEW patient trying to establish care with a primary care physician, make sure they do NOT order ANY labs for your preventative care during your new patient appointment. They require you to have a new patient appointment separately from your annual preventative visit but will order labs for preventative care during your new patient appointment and will refuse to code it as preventative so you are stuck paying diagnostic rates.
