I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing visit with Dr. Subramanian. I was there for something concerning, and he began by being very dismissive and actually laughing at my concerns. He said that there's no connection between vision problems and headaches, and that "that's actually an American myth. They don't even think that in other places." Dr. Subramanian is one of the best physicians I have ever been seen by. His skills and tanicity to diagnose and resolve highly complex issues made a huge difference in my quality of life.
Made an appointment 6 months in advance. A month before the appointment we get a call that they doctor will suddenly not be available. When trying to reschedule the appointment I was given the run around. Was told that the only person in the office that can handle Subramanian's appointments wasn't at her desk. But she would call me back. I ended up calling back 3 days later and she wasn't even in the office, she was out. Very thorough! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Parking was great, used the valet service.
I have been trying to get an appointment for a month. They can't verify my insurance? I had a representative from my insurance company call and she got the run around too. I guess I need to start shopping for a white cane because Iam losing my vision and can't get an appointment :(
