My experience with the UCHealth Neurology department at PVH was nothing short of traumatic. While I was being treated for a life-threatening brain injury—documented by the doctors themselves—the care I received was fundamentally inhumane. The department withheld essential pain management and even my existing mental health medications during a critical recovery window. If you don’t like the way you’re being treated ask for another provider. My parents have been coming here for years! I was born here. I know it’s tuff when it’s your health, but just ask for someone else if it’s truly going as awful as some claim it to be. You can’t keep doing that, but you can certainly have a great experience here!

Nurse Alexa on the night shift was so amazing. She is a great advocate for delivering mothers. She made me feel comfortable and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my early labor. Alexa’s amazing

Worst experience of my life my wife and I headed in right after work around 4:30pm for a simple ultrasound because my wife was worried about her pregnancy. We were there for ever i got home at 11:30pm.... for a simple ultrasound that's 7 hours. Like I suspected our baby was fine nothing wrong thank God. I was already upset but I was glad it was over and my wife could sleep well knowing everything was OK. Now we have a bill that is $2200 for what? A simple ultrasound and to wait around 6 hours.
