Worst experience ever. I needed 10 staples in my head. The doctor was rude and less then gental. I now have a nasty above skin scar for the rest of my life.

Jenna H. was an outstanding RN. Overall experience for my cardiac ablation under general anesthesia was top notch. Dr. Groh excellent. Aaron, postop nurse excellent. Anesthetist excellent. Highly recommend this facility!!

Every visit they push vaccines and all kinds of tests that I repeatedly tell them I do not want. But the good part is a robot calls me after every visit and asks for my honest opinion of my experience with UC Health. Nothing says they care about me more than a robot voice requesting a review that will be thrown away if it's bad and kept if it's good every time. So sorry not interested in your drugs today UCH. Been here awhile due to some things and I absolutely love all my staff I've gotten on the surgical floor. Nurses and cnas are all amazing. Im really going to miss them when my back is better and its time to leave. Most of the Dr's have been ok to.

Staff is truly the best. 7 hours for discharge is ludicrous. Knowing you have a full ortho unit and only having one physical therapist is unbelievable. Who handles staffing? What bureaucrat created this system?
